Meet the panelists: Shelby, Allison, Caitlin
Shelby is from Los Altos, CA and is a rising senior at University of Oregon. She is pursuing her Bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Media Studies. She is an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and enjoys attending philanthropy and social events with her sisters. She also works as a housing service center assistant on campus. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling, baking, fitness, and going on spontaneous adventures with friends.
Allison is a fourth year student from Honolulu, Hawaii in the Lundquist College of Business. She is pursuing a Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting in a four-year program. Allison works in both the business school's Mohr Career Services as a Career Peer Educator and Marketing Representative and in Braddock Tutoring Center as a Business Writing Consultant. Outside of school, Allison enjoys drawing, watching anime, spending time with friends, and gong to the beach.
Caitlin is a Senior from Sunnyvale, CA studying Economics. Outside of classes she hold a job with the Alumni Center doing prospect research and works on a project aiding the Women's Basketball team to increase revenue. For fun she runs, skis, enjoys cooking, and is a big podcast listener.

Graduate College: Boston University, PhD
Work Experience: I got my PhD in history from Boston University in 2020. I have worked as a researcher and writer for a Boston-based policy center and am a freelance editor.
My Admissions Story: I remember the admissions process as a time to imagine possible futures (where to live? what to study? who to meet?), though am happy to report (as you can see from my bio) that few of those decisions were set in stone. So have fun and enjoy the ride!
