9. Exploring Careers in Health | Summer Institute

This healthcare-focused summer program results from a collaboration between Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Dignity Health, Nevada County Superintendent of Schools, and Sierra College. Empowered Women, Empower Women is a summer camp led by College of Liberal Arts instructors and staff that aims to expose young women to empowerment concepts and techniques. Open to students who identify as female and are enrolled in grades 9 through 12 for the 2024–2025 school year, as well as recent 2024 high school graduates.
