Summer College for High School Students at The University of Mississippi is aimed at high-achieving students and allows them to experience campus life with the possibility to earn dual credit (high school and college) for the classes they complete. During these four-week programs, students will live on campus, be enrolled in a meal plan, and participate in community activities—learning if they really want to be a Rebel and attend The University of Mississippi (one of our Top 50 Affordable Colleges for In-State Students) in the future.

1. Engineering

High schoolers interested in pursuing a major or career in engineering who are interested in science, math, and technology will benefit from this course exposing them to a variety of engineering disciplines.

2. English

Build critical thinking and communication skills while learning about literature in this program aimed at students considering the pursuit of an English degree in college.
